Chrome extension for Luma registration forms
Your answers. Your next event.
Fill out a Luma form once. Review what to save, then reuse your answers next time.
You review. You register. Ottofill helps with the typing.
Ottofill is being prepared for the Chrome Web Store and is not publicly listed yet. This page will link to the listing once it is live.

How it works
Three steps, and you stay in charge
-
Answer a Luma form as usual
Type your company, job title, links, industry, or what you are working on. Ottofill watches for supported questions. It does not save anything on its own.
-
Choose Save answers and review
A short review lists only new or changed answers. New answers start selected. Changes to an answer you already saved start unchecked, so nothing is replaced without your say.
-
Autofill your next form, then check it
On a later form, Ottofill fills empty supported fields with your saved answers. Facts are marked green, answers worth a second look are marked amber. You read it over and register yourself.

Sample answers. Event-specific questions like “Why this event?” are filled only if you saved a custom answer for that exact question.
What it does
A small, local answer library
- Saves only what you approve
- Save answers shows new and changed entries for review. Unchanged answers are skipped. No keystroke logging.
- Keeps your work details handy
- Company, job title, professional links and usernames, industry, and longer answers about your work, bio and goals. Optional short and long versions. Custom answers for exact questions.
- Matches common wording
- Recognised questions and close paraphrases reuse a saved answer. Less certain matches become suggestions you confirm first. Matching is a fixed set of local English rules, not a chatbot.
- Handles supported dropdowns and choices
- Native single-selects, labelled radio and checkbox groups, and verified Luma dropdown and chip widgets. Anything unrecognised stays manual. Your existing selections are kept.
- Explains checkbox suggestions
- Relevant saved choices can suggest options with a reason. Uncertain suggestions start unselected until you choose Apply. Applying one does not save it as a new preference.
- Shows a ready count on the icon
- The badge shows how many empty supported questions on the current form can be filled. It is not the number of answers you have saved.
- Undo, with guard rails
- Undo restores fields Ottofill wrote, as long as the inserted value is still there. Your later edits are kept. Radio and custom single-select choices need a manual change.
- Export, import, delete
- Settings offers a local JSON backup, import with confirmation, and a confirmed Delete all. Edit or remove single answers any time.
What it will not do
Clear limits
- It never submits a registration. Review the form and press register yourself.
- It never overwrites an answer you already typed. Only empty supported fields are filled.
- It never touches terms or consent boxes. Those stay yours.
- It does not fill name, email, phone, passwords, payment details or ID numbers.
- Not every Luma form works. Unfamiliar widgets, native multi-selects, standalone checkboxes, embedded frames and non-English questions stay manual.
Privacy
Your saved profile stays on this device
- Answers live in this extension's local Chrome storage. No account, no cloud sync, no backend.
- The extension makes no network requests. No analytics, no telemetry, no remote code, no online AI.
- It only runs on
lu.maandluma.com, and asks for no other browser permissions beyond storage. - When you choose Autofill, the values go into Luma's page like anything you type there, so Luma and the organiser can see them.
- Local storage has no extra encryption layer. Do not store secrets in answer fields.
Questions
Frequently asked
Does it register for me?
No. Ottofill fills empty supported fields. You review the form and register yourself.
Does it use AI?
No online AI service is involved. Matching and suggestions are computed on your device from a fixed set of English rules, phrases and your saved answers.
Can it save dropdowns and checkboxes?
Supported groups and verified Luma dropdowns can be saved and refilled. Terms and consent choices always stay manual.
Can I undo a fill?
Yes for text fields and supported choices that Ottofill wrote and that you have not edited since. Radio and custom single-select choices need a manual change, and Ottofill tells you when that is the case.
Where are my answers?
In this extension's local Chrome storage on your computer. Settings lets you export a JSON backup, import one, or delete everything.
Will every Luma form work?
No guarantee. Supported English questions and controls are matched. Anything unrecognised is left for you to fill in.
Is this made by Luma?
No. Ottofill is an independent project by Elroy Chua. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Luma or Google.
